Morgan was born on July 2nd, 1989 (Alex Morgan age: 30) to Pamela and Michael Morgan. Morgan and her sisters Jeni and Jeri were raised in Diamond Bar, Los Angeles. She then joined the Cypress Elite club team, winning the Coast Soccer League under-16 championship and coming in third place in the bracket for under-19 players.
